Radiographs (X-Rays)

Dental radiographs are specialised X-ray images used to examine the teeth, gums and jawbone. They help detect concerns such as cavities, infection, bone loss and impacted teeth, none of which may be visible during a routine examination, and they play an essential role in early diagnosis and accurate, personalised treatment planning.

All of our X-rays are fully digital, providing very low radiation exposure, a more comfortable experience and immediate high-resolution results. Your dentist reviews the images with you so that you clearly understand your oral health and any recommendations.

Where needed, we may also use CT scanning to obtain a detailed three-dimensional view of bone levels, bone density, nerve position and sinus anatomy. This advanced imaging is particularly valuable when planning implant placement, assessing complex extractions and ensuring safe, precise surgical outcomes.
